Tuesday 20th November - Warm Up at 5:45pm

Remember that all competitions involve a great deal of organizing so please endeavor to get fees and forms in on time! It is also useful to keep your own record of personal best times. If at any time you are unsure then a member of the coaching team or committee will be able to help you.
